I’m Hannah, and I am well aware that my name is spelled the same way forward as backward. I’ve lived in Chicago for seven years and worked in health care public relations for four. As of July, I’m officially 26 and deep in the throes of a quarter-life crisis. I’m a coffee addict, an avid hockey fan, an occasional artist, a pun enthusiast, an out-of-practice musician, a defender of the Oxford comma, and a full-on Mom Friend. I also absolutely hate writing “About Me” sections.
Hi, I’m Kelsey, and my name is nothing special or cool like Hannah’s. I’m 24 and cannot tell a joke for the life of me and prefer to spend my time reading or watching YouTube videos than going out on a Friday night. [We go out on the occasional Saturday’s 🙂 ]
I have lived in Chicago for seven years and work in consumer marketing public relations, specializing in tourism and beverage industries. I spent a semester living and working in London and have dreams to one day move back again. I read faster than I can talk and talk faster than I can think most the time. I am not ashamed to admit that I cry at any sort of emotional tv shows, movies or advertisements–but never more happily than when the Cubs won the 2016 World Series. I prefer my ginger ale with Jameson and a lime, and will always choose Diet Coke over Pepsi.
Meow. I’m Rorie and I’m a 3-year-old calico cat. I spend my days sleeping, eating, and being just nice enough to my annoying humans that they keep me around. I enjoy birdwatching and occasionally scratching the walls so my nails stay nice and sharp for my favorite game, get the feets. When I’m not watching birds, sleeping, or eating, I can be found relaxing in my favorite box or watching the water drip from shower faucet. I demand treats and scratchies from anyone who visits me.
